DELIVERIES 

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the destination and local postal service.

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–17 business days (processing time + transit time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

 

WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?

We hold inventory in both the United States and Asia. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location or from an alternative fulfillment center to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All customs fees, duties, and clearance charges are paid by Kynvale prior to dispatch. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
